​Jae[sic] Productions sells tickets for events exclusively through TicketBarber, a third-party ticketing platform. We do not process ticket purchases or payments directly through our website.

Ticket Sales & Refunds

All ticket purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of TicketBarber, as well as any event-specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the event and is determined by:

  • The event organizer

  • TicketBarber’s policies

  • Applicable law

Event Changes or Cancellations

If an event is canceled, postponed, or significantly changed, refund or exchange options (if any) will be handled according to TicketBarber’s policies and the event organizer’s instructions. Jae[sic] Productions is not responsible for issuing refunds directly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or ask questions about your ticket purchase, please email your ticketing information to contact@jaesiscproductions.com directly with "Refund: [event name]" in the subject line.

No Other Refunds

Because we do not sell physical or digital products directly, no other refunds apply beyond ticket purchases made through TicketBarber.
