Jae[sic] Productions sells tickets for events exclusively through TicketBarber, a third-party ticketing platform. We do not process ticket purchases or payments directly through our website.
Ticket Sales & Refunds
All ticket purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of TicketBarber, as well as any event-specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Event Changes or Cancellations
If an event is canceled, postponed, or significantly changed, refund or exchange options (if any) will be handled according to TicketBarber’s policies and the event organizer’s instructions. Jae[sic] Productions is not responsible for issuing refunds directly.
